Ordering & Payment
Shopping with us is easy… Just browse our store and add any items you love to your shopping basket by clicking "Add to basket". Once you have finished shopping, click on "checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to process your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Delta, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron, Solo.
You are shopping on a secure and safe website. We use Protx, one of the largest payment service providers in the UK.

All prices shown are in GBP (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 15%. For customers outside the EU, Caroline Turner Shoes will deduct VAT as part of the checkout process.
If you are shopping from outside the UK and payment is made via our secure payment system using your credit card, your payment will be converted from GBP (£) to your own currency.
If you prefer not to pay online, you can call us on 020 8255 9490 and we can take payment over the phone, or you can send a cheque in the post and upon cheque clearance we will send you your purchase.
When you receive confirmation of order, this means that we have received your order but it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch your order. (We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that you are happy with the change)
