Delivery

UK Delivery

Delivery is free of charge for all purchases shipped within the UK mainland (including NI, Jersey and Guernsey).

All orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days and are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For™ or by Parcel Force.

For a guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day you can choose to have your purchases sent by Special Delivery™ Next Day via Royal Mail. The postage charge will be calculated according to the size and weight of your order as part of the checkout process.

A signature will be required on receipt of all goods so please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order then a “You were out” card will be left, explaining where to collect or re-delivery options.

Delivery to Europe

Orders being delivered to Europe (within the EU) are sent by either International Signed For™ or Airsure® via Royal Mail (Airsure® is the fastest service and your parcel will receive priority handling, tracking with delivery confirmation and delivery time of 2-4 working days worldwide) The postage charge will be calculated according to the size and weight of your order as part of the checkout process.

Delivery within Europe takes up to 7 working days.

Delivery to “Rest of World”

Orders being delivered to “Rest of World” addresses are sent by either International Signed For™ or Airsure® via Royal Mail (Airsure® is the fastest service and your parcel will receive priority handling, tracking with delivery confirmation and delivery time of 2-4 working days worldwide) The postage charge will be calculated according to the size and weight of your order as part of the checkout process.

Delivery to “Rest of World” addresses takes up to 10 working days.

Please note that customers outside the EU are responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes that are levied locally.

More delivery info…

All orders received by 4pm (GMT) will be shipped that day. Orders received after 4pm will be shipped the next working day.

Caroline Turner Shoes will email you confirming despatch of your order.

Please note that orders received after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. And any orders received on a (UK) bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

We use a trackable service to deliver your goods and we always insure them for your benefit.

Pairs of boots, shoes or bags will be delivered as individual packages. Therefore a postage charge may apply to each pair of boots, shoes or bag in your order, depending on the service you choose.

We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given, however as we are reliant on third party carriers we cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.

All first time customers are subject to standard fraud prevention checks, this could on occasion delay your order being processed and dispatched. We may require your first order to be dispatched to the card billing address only.
